We have received no follow up emails, junk folder has been checked. The support section suggests waiting two weeks and then following up here for any further support?

Thanks. We are using a corporate email address for this account and as such we dont have any junk folder, any and all email will arrive in the inbox and the only email we have received was the initial email confirming the application was pending access
The email address attached to the account is the one that any response email will be sent to, I’m unable to look into that, all I can suggest is keeping an eye on that for any follow-up questions that will need to be replied to.
