                  I have requested for Elevated access of Twitter API v2. I have decided to do my final year capstone project on Twitter Sentimental Analysis which includes processing of collecting tweets and analysing the emotion/ sentimental state of the respected users. 

                  So please change my access level from Essential to Elevated. Thank you.
