Can we add the website url while tweeting on twiiter?
Also will hashtags gives benefit to twitter in understanding the relevancy of tweet

Hi there,
I’m sorry, I’m not sure I understand. Do you have an example of the behavior you seek? Do you mean to add a link to an external website as a Tweet - like, a link to Google or Amazon or something?
And users may add any hashtag they desire to their Tweets but unfortunately that does not mean they are always accurate/relevant to the Tweet content itself, if that makes sense.
