Download link returns blank page in mobile view

Created a new card for a download and it is performing well on desktop. However, on mobile view, the confirmation text says “Thank you for your interest! TS Poetry will be in touch soon” and a “Learn more” link When clicking on the link, it returns a blank screen instead of the download. On desktop, the confirmation page shows a “click here” link which goes directly to the download.

Are there separate settings we needed to configure for mobile? The tweet in question is here:

Since the lead generation card you’re using is part of the Ads platform (rather than being something you build using Cards markup on your site), the best way to get help with this would be to hit the Help link in the top right-hand corner of your Ads dashboard.
