in doc , the limit is :
Rate limit App rate limit (OAuth 2.0 App Access Token): 1500 requests per 15-minute window shared among all users of your app
User rate limit (OAuth 2.0 user Access Token): 900 requests per 15-minute window per each authenticated user
but recently, i find it changed the rate limit , only 450 requests per 15-minute ?
is that right ?
Question: is the rate limit may change forever ?

I’m trying to follow along here. The rate limits in the Developer Portal will be the limits for you, which start off as the same for everyone.
The first rate limit you quote is a more general one, and the last one you quote seems like Search Tweets
Your endpoint will have it’s own limits/controls, and then the “general limit” is always ticking down as well.
If the question is about the history of a exact field, and I got this all wrong. Then I don’t know about the history of this exact field, so hopefully someone else chime in, if they know more.
yes, you are right , i recheck our history code , and find the reason of my problem, we can correct it now ,
thanks a lot ,again
