Don't receive the verification email asking for more information

Hi,
I received an email saying I didn’t respond to the “previous email” requested some information:

But I cannot find that email, the earlier emails only has email verification process, I cannot find the email with the subject “Twitter developer account application” like the screen said:

I checked all the folders including spam, no email was sent, how can I proceed to solve this? Thanks!
