Domain not whitelisted despite request several times. All meta tags etc. present

Description of issue:
We have requested whitelisting of the domain several times. This error shows up when we request approval:
*.go.kinetiqideas.com whitelist request for failed
ERROR: Card validation failed

The regular domain is whitelisted.
*.kinetiqideas.com is whitelisted for summary card

I am seeing

INFO:  twitter:card = 21 CFR Part 11 tag found

That is not a valid card type. You need to fix the twitter:card tag.
