Domain not approved without explanations

Hi, i used the card validator and asked for approval, i just received a plain message saying that my domain was not approved, but no further explanations, so i have no ideas what was wrong, everything shows up correctly in the validator, can i at least have a message saying what is wrong?, the link i submitted is:
