I know this is a forum for developers. However, I have exhausted all of my options to get in contact with a real life air breathing human at Twitter.

If you are a Twitter Staff user and respond to this thread with “this is a developer forum” or “this is off topic” or “refer to the Help Center for assistance” I am going to ask you to question yourself first. What would you do in this situation?

I have many questions regarding the suspicious suspensions of several accounts. Believe me it is suspicious.

I have already tried what you are going to tell me to do:

  • I Tweeted @ TwitterSupport, got one reply asking how they can help me and then silence. No further communication. Hey I need help! How can we help? I need help with X-Y-Z. Silence…
  • My issue is not found in the Help Center. Trust me I have looked through the Help Center forms many times.
  • This is as close as I can get. Within the Help using Twitter page when I select My problem is something that isn’t listed here I get this response: Visit our Contact Us page to reach out about the problem you’re having As you can see, this will only take me back to the Help Center home page.

    As a last resort I have come to the developer forums in hopes that somebody has the decency to actually help me or at the very least point me in the right direction (a direction other than the links and topics I have already attempted). Is there anyone that can help me?

@andypiper Leaving users with no explanation is unethical. For the sake of sanity, please provide some literature as to what went wrong. Maybe, just maybe, we can all learn from this situation.

As I have previously explained, the only place that I am able to direct you is to the Twitter support channels for your account. We are unable to help via the forums. Please do not continue to open threads here.
