Does Twitter Ads API return costs with VAT rate or without one?

We use this endpoint to get statistic. Does this endpoint return costs with VAT rate or without one?

The behavior of this endpoint is the same as billing metrics shown on ads.twitter.com - and I expect that it does not include VAT charges. Please feel free to verify by comparing the invoice with those charges, I would contact the ads.twitter.com support if you find any billing differences between the UI and invoice and want to make sure.
