Does get search/tweets support cursoring?

Does the GET search/tweets endpoint support cursoring? By cursoring, I mean the use of cursor, next_cursor, previous_cursor, as described at https://dev.twitter.com/overview/api/cursoring?

In general, how can you tell if an endpoint supports this kind of cursoring?

No, search/tweets is treated as a timeline: https://dev.twitter.com/rest/public/timelines

Cursored endpoints are the ones that list cursor as a parameter on each endpoint in https://dev.twitter.com/rest/public (this should link to most of them if that helps: https://www.google.ie/search?q=“cursor”+inurl:https://dev.twitter.com/rest/reference )
