Do I replicate Twitters core user experience?

Hey,

I am working on an app, which offers a new way to process links shared via Twitter. The app doesn’t allow you to tweet. The app doesn’t display tweets in any form. It just uses Twitter as a source for shared links of people I follow.

It processes the links and takes into consideration how many people have shared this link. (in general and among the people I follow)

Would this be considered as replicating Twitters core user experience and would I have to expect, that it therefore will be limited to the 100 000 user tokens?

From the description you’ve shared here, this doesn’t sound like it is at all like a timeline-based Tweet posting/viewing client, and sounds fine.
