I’ve seen this topic a few times in here but still have not seemed to find a solution.
Our clients URL http://bigtimesports.com.au/ is having trouble with their posts whereby they get the error on card validation
Can anyone help with this?

Looks like our servers are not able to resolve the DNS address of the domain within < 5 seconds, so there’s a timeout. I’m not located in the same network / geolocation as those servers, so I can’t validate that from here. Anything you can do to optimise your DNS configuration may help.
