I wanted to ask about extending the rate rate limits for direct messaging. Specifically this API:
POST direct_messages/events/new
I understand there is an outbound limit of 15,000 per 24 h window (not including responses to inbound messages).
We have bots on other platforms, each with millions of subscribers who get daily direct messages. How can we send subscribers outbound messages and updates with this rate limit?
Is there a premium / enterprise package with higher rate limits? Why is the limit flat and not dependent on number of followers for example?
