Display tweets which are posted ONLY by me

Hi,

1. How to insert twitter feed on the website I’m doing now which will display ONLY my tweets (posts)? My task is to display on my company’s website tweets which are posted ONLY by my company (excluded any other replies from other members - posts/messages/photos, etc.).

2. And one more - could you tell me how to make these posts spinning automatically every x(specific time) sec?
