Display tweets in reactive grid

I’m trying to display my most recent tweets in a reactive grid on a page of a website (created using Bootstrap).

Most of my tweets are of website articles that generally include an interesting photo that is displayed on my timeline (if that’s the right word)

I have discovered the widget to embed my timeline (embed a list). That generates an iframe that is one long column, not a grid.

I also discovered the widget to embed a collection as a grid

However, unlike the national parks example, my own collection is just text on a black background (no images or preview of the linked article).

Is it possible to embed a reactive grid of my recent tweets that shows a preview of the linked website like in my timeline?

Twitter may display a link preview alongside your Tweet to provide more context for the links you share. Websites provide Twitter Cards markup to populate these link preview templates.

Twitter’s embed products focus on the full Tweet, not just a link, hashtag, or Twitter Card. It is not possible to display a Twitter timeline or grid of just cards content.

You misunderstand.

I want to display exactly the same information I would see in an embedded timeline like this:

<a class="twitter-timeline" href="https://twitter.com/EricJohannsen">Tweets by EricJohannsen</a> <script async src="//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>

except in a reactive grid.

A tall column of tweets doesn’t work well with modern web design.

The grid display format is only available for a collection.
