Display Requirements: non-English displays are accepted?

In the Twitter display requirements https://dev.twitter.com/terms/display-requirements , only English notation is defined for time and date description like “2s” and “6 Jun”.
Can we write it in another language?

Yes, use the culturally/locally appropriate designation for time.
