Display card/link without URL in tweet?

I’ve seen a lot of Tweets where there is a summary card displayed but no URL in the actual tweet body. Here is an example: https://twitter.com/CrispinCowan0/status/1018981562652606465

Notice the card takes you to a location on msn.com, but the Tweet body doesn’t seem to have the msn.com URL specified.

I’m curious to know how to replicate that for content I post. Right now, I don’t know how to avoid getting a card to show up without the URL being displayed in text as part of the tweet body. Here is an example: https://twitter.com/kirupa/status/1014695510660112384
