Direct Messages not delivered

Hi Everyone,

We’ve detected that some direct messages where not delivered on friday 24th, We are aware that on friday the legacy DM API was deprecated but we are using the account activity API to receive messages. Are you aware of any intermitent outage of the new API last week?

Are you sure your webhook URL was valid at the time? Also, do you have the paid version of premium or are you using the sandbox version?
