I’m developing a program that should send DM as a response to some specific tweets as fast as possible.
I have sending time 0.3-0.4 seconds, but my client tell me, that I need to make my program to send DM via API for only 0.01 second - according to information he posess some developers are able to send DMs so fast.
Could you please confirm, is it technically possible to send DM in 0.01 second?
