Hello first of all i dont know if i am posting this in the right place or no but i hope someone can help me with my issue.

I am not a developer, i used a third party application 3 years ago that sends a direct message to anyone that enters my direct message chat automatically. The website that i used at the time got shut off and i cant find anyway to stop this feature from working. I tried every solution that i could think of and searched for a solution everywhere but didint find anything. I hope someone here can help me out.
