Hi,
There is the limit sending direct message per day. It is 1,000 per day.

But, I heard that the limit is 15,000 message sent per day for verified account.
How can I know the actual limitation of sending direct message by verified account?

Actually, some verified accounts sent more than 10,000 DMs per day via API for their ‘Instant win campaign’.
How do they implement???

There is no documented difference between regular and verified accounts and I do not know the source of your information. This is not relevant to the Developer platform per these forums. Thank you.
