Difference in tweet on web and returned in API

Hello,
I have this tweet https://twitter.com/WAKEBOSS/status/785462951977246720 . It look like it have mention to @MxMitsubishi.
But If i get tweet from API
statuses/show/785462951977246720.json
the tweet have empty field ‘user_mentions’ and text is different.

Here is text from web:

with Bold I highlight difference in text. The link lead to the same tweet. I dont understand the differeces. Can someone explain this situation?

That’s an extended Tweet. If you retrieve it using tweet_mode=extended then you’ll see the full text. If you look at the object you currently have, you should see truncated: true in the JSON.

There’s more information on extended Tweets on this page (note that the replies changes described there have not yet been rolled out) - and this will be added across the endpoint documentation in future.
