I am trying to validate a Twitter developer account too, but I haven’t received any reply yet.Should I reapply with an account? Or just wait?

A few things on this. Please make sure to double check that you are monitoring the proper email address. You can find proper email address by logging into Twitter with the @handle that you applied with and navigating to this page: https://twitter.com/settings/account Please double check your spam folder. If all else fails, can you please change your email address in the Twitter settings and request a new validation email from developer.twitter.com? Sorry for the inconvenience!

I can’t get new email verification from this link. There is no such option in this link.
