Starting yesterday 11 Apr 22 UTC+7 and continuing today, we are not received mention tweet from users in specific times at 10:00 AM until 10:30 AM. after 10:30 AM we received normally mention tweet from all user. Diagnostics, logging, and telemetry have yielded no issues on my end.

I also experienced the same thing, at the time interval 10.00 AM to 10.30 AM (utc+7) no mentions event was sent to webhook, even though DMs sent to webhook normally
this has been happening since a few months ago, we used paid premium API and this issue has not been resolved until now
feel sad… Twitter team doesn’t have any feedback about this bug
