Hey,
I have a suggestion to develop your Twitter platform. I sent many messages and there was no response. it’s just that i want to save my material rights if that suggestion got accepted.
So what do you think the best solution for this problem?

This is feedback and suggestions for the API only though, same with these forums. help.twitter.com is for the website / mobile app etc.

Also, I’ve never heard of anyone entering into any sort of “material rights” type contractual agreement with Twitter, but I’m not Twitter so don’t take my word for that.
