“handle” is your twitter screen name / user name - not your display name - so your one is most likely @DineoSithole18

Today I get the following message from Twitter:

We haven’t been able to approve your application for a developer account. In an earlier message, we requested some information we need to process your request, and we never received those details.

What previous e-mail? I never received anything from you?

Do you honestly think I would spend time, asking for approval on a Twitter Forum, if I had received an e-mail from Twitter, asking me for further information?

This is insane

Just to let everyone know. This morning I received a new e-mail from Twitter, asking me for further information.

I think Twitter sent the 2 e-mails in the wrong order.

Anyway, I sent back a lot of information and about 2 hours later, I was approved!

I made my application for an academic account on the 23th of Octobor and I still haven’t had an answer. I received an email from developer-accounts (developer-accounts@twitter.com) on the 23th of Octorbor asking me to provide more information about my application. I answered the email but I didn’t get another answer from twitter. I’m starting to worry as my application might close in a week.
