Developer Acount Under Review

I am a STEF Digital Communications Manager and I am trying to validate a Twitter developer account for a news feed to be displayed on our Italian site stef.it. It’s been about 2 months since I applied for approval but when I connect to developer.twitter.com/en/apps, the answer is always Application Under review. However, we filled in all the necessary fields and it was much faster for the accounts of other countries. Can you please help me or explain why the approval of the developer account I am requesting is taking so long to come. Here you will find our account administrator information @STEF_Italia

There’s no need to create a developer account if you just want to embed a Twitter timeline widget - you can use publish.twitter.com for this.

If you are using a custom solution, you may need an API key - unfortunately we cannot expedite the review of your application via these forums, we would just advise you to be patient, to ensure that your use case description was complete and detailed about how and why you will be using the Twitter APIs, and that you respond to any additional questions that our agents ask via email.

Greetings, I’m unable to advance in my undergraduate thesis because app is under review since July 15, maybe application request was close due to my slow response. I replied twice in different moments though. Please if someone can give me more information about it, would be really nice. I am hoping to gain some clarification. Unfortunately, I missed responding to the Twitter Staff email for developer api access within the 14 day guideline. I did finally respond, but it has gone unanswered (11 days from 10/4/2018) from Twitter Staff.

Per the guidelines, I am guessing my request was closed. If so, there does not appear to be an option to reopen it or to resubmit it. However, when I check my Apps page, it still says my application is under review.

What would be the appropriate next steps?
