Long time ago (about 2-3 month ago), I’ve applied for a Developer Account on Twitter. But failed to complete it, because I’ve decided to reject my idea on building application with Twitter API. Today, I wanted to apply again for Twiiter API. But found, that I can’t do so. My account said to be “suspended” for creating new applications.
From this, I have a question: Can I apply for access to API again, or I need to create another account?

Thanks for reaching out. You may want to try to look into your account that was suspended as a first step to do so, fill out this form and select the option “My application has been suspended or restricted from performing write actions”.
