Developer Account submission under review for 6 months

Hi,

We applied for a Developer Account back in May 2018 and were asked for more information about our use case. We supplied the requested information in June and our application has been under review ever since.

We’ve sent a number of emails since then asking if any more information is required but haven’t heard back. Is there any way we can be notified of the status? Was our submission closed? If so, could our submission be reopened please?
