Developer account rejected

I applied for a developer account but it was rejected.
At the moment, I can check the application on “apps.twitter.com”.
But after URL integrate “apps.twitter.com” with “developer.twitter.com”, Will I be unable to check Apps?
Will I be unable to use Apps?

I would like to reapply the developer account with a rejected account, not a new account.

Per our blog post:

Eventually, all developers with existing access to our APIs will be required to complete a developer account application in order to maintain their apps. We will provide at least a 90-day notice before enforcing this requirement. We may opt to retire apps.twitter.com before enforcing that requirement; in that case, we will ensure developers have access to manage their apps on developer.twitter.com, even if they have not yet started the application process.

Seems strange that the process would reject a developer account, when one is needed to administer existing applications?

We want to ensure that all developers on the platform have a use case that is in-line with our policies. That way, we can be confident that the development on the Twitter platform is healthy and sustainable.

But if I have existing apps then don’t I need an account to manage them? So I could just say that I need an account to manage my existing apps and that would be fine.

Just stating that you need access to your existing apps is not a use case. If you submitted an application just stating this, we will push back for more details and it will extend the amount of time that you have to wait for approval. We need to know specifics about what you intend to do with our developer tools.
