Developer Account Approved via Email, Still Under Review in Portal

Hello,

I applied for a Twitter Dev account a few weeks ago. I recieved the following email on September 26th:

However when I navigate to the Apps portion of the Twitter Dev Portal, I see:

I am logging in the with same account I applied with.

Any guidance or updates would be appreciated.
