Hi @ambentnc - there is no way of getting conditional approval for a developer account; however, our wait times have greatly improved and it shouldn’t take you more than a few days to get a developer account.
Please make sure you provide as much detail as possible in your application and keep an eye out for an email from Twitter after that (make sure you also check your Junk and Spam folders) - this will help speed up the process.
