We need to apply for a “share” function on twitter to facilitate our users to communicate on Twitter. But the application has been rejected, we need to know the reasons for the rejection and the remedy.
Here is the rejection message:
Thank you for your interest in the Twitter developer platform. Based on our review of your use case, we are unable to approve your developer application at this time.
if it helps, you don’t actually need a developer account for a “share” function, you can use that directly: Overview | Docs | Twitter Developer Platform

Where to get the tweet_id? when sharing via android or ios, the authorized tweet_id and key are required.
What tweet ID do you think you need? Igor is suggesting that your share intent just links to your site.
Our goal is to hope that our users can communicate on the twitter platform and open twitter applications on their mobile phones. How can it be achieved?
You can use publish.twitter.com to create Tweet buttons that do not require a developer account.
Thank you for the method provided, but it is not what we want.
It needs Tweet to authorize when we want to call twitter app to our APP, but we were rejected when applying for the Tweet developer account and did not provide any reasons, is there any chance we can apply again?
There currently isn’t a way to edit a rejected application, or to re-apply, however stay informed for product updates/changes.
My application was rejected, too! And he didn’t reply to me any reason. I think it is unfair.
