Developer Account Application Rejected

My application for a developer account was rejected for an unknown reason. My organisation has 138 verified Twitter accounts operated in 109 countries and 40 languages, in addition, we have 180 executive accounts with similar deployment. We rely heavily on Twitter API to synergize between and facilitate the flow of information between those hundreds of accounts. I am the head of the dev team for my organization… Is there a way to ask for reexamination or speak with someone who can explain of a different path we should go about?

If you were denied, we found that your use case either directly conflicted with our policies or that you did not take the time to fill out the use case with a meaningful case. At this time, there is no way for you to reapply, but we will be updating the process flow to allow such an action in the future.
