Developer account application open for months

I applied for the use of the developer account for the Twitter account which I have.
After that you approved by your company, thanks to that I was able to use the Account Activity API. (Thank you)
After that, I checked the operation of the API and I was able to check the operation of the application I created
Again, because I develop applications with my client’s Twitter account,
I applied similarly with the Twitter account held by the client. (I can not publish that account here because there is a reason)
I got a confirmation e-mail regarding additional confirmation items only once, I reply to it, but I have not received a reply after that
Even if you access the following URL, it is still displayed as “waitlist”.

Any application that has been open for longer than a month means that you haven’t responded to our email in time and your application has been closed. I will reach out to the team to have them reopen your application.
