Developer account accepted on email but not on portal


I manage the account for @springernature and applied for a developer account on that handle in december. We received the email saying that the account application was approved, but when I log into the developer portal with that account, it still shows as being under review. Any clues as to what’s going on here?


Hi @richardbarley - this is likely an error on our part. I have raised this with the team internally. Please allow a few more days as it is still holiday season and I will get back to you when I have more information.
