I am using /statuses/filter.json to stream tweets. I have the app running and working in prod.

How do I set up a dev and prod account given that I only can have 1 active app in the developer console?

Recently, my account was blocked because I had multiple apps active and was required to delete all but one app. Now I have only one app, and hence I can only have one API key to use/

Thanks for reaching out here. You are allowed to create up to 10 applications and you should be able to create a secondary account as long as it is in accordance with our policies.

While we can’t comment on your case via this forum, we will take action on any accounts if they are found to be in violation of any section of the Developer Agreement and Policy, Automation Rules, Display Requirements, and/or the Twitter Rules.
