Having to generate a new post as my previous post was CLOSED before I had even had a chance to respond !!!

Jessica, no I have NOt received an email from developer-accounts@twitter.com

That was my entire point that I am NOT getting those emails, and yes I have checked the spam folder.

A) The emails are being sent to an OLD email address that has not been associated with my Twitter account for some time instead of the CORRECT email address
B) No emails are being received from twitter on any of my email accounts.

The system is broken, not that I have not responded. I cannot respond to an email that I HAVE NOT RECEIVED.

PLEASE can someone look into this and generate a confirmation email to the CORRECT address.
