I’m pretty new to this, so forgive me if this is something obvious. For the Account Activity API, if one of my subscription’s friends is suspended, is there some kind event (like an unfollow event) generated? I am not able to create a test case since one cannot suspend their own account.

At this time the Account Activity API does not serve account suspension notices and there are no current plans for it to do so. You can find a complete set of activity types in the documentation.
