Details for media library media status

I am trying to get a media object from media library with this endpoint:

https://ads-api.twitter.com/4/accounts/:account_id/media_library/:media_key

I want to check whether the media processing is complete. The only relevant field in the media object returned seems to “media_status”. But there isn’t much documentation available for the values this field can have. Can somebody give me a detailed documentation for this field.

Specifically what values can be returned in this field and what those values mean.

Thanks for bringing this up. Unfortunately, there seems to be no public documentation for this particular field.
To answer your question, usually it should return one of below values:

TRANSCODE_PENDING
TRANSCODE_COMPLETED
TRANSCODE_IN_PROGRESS
TRANSCODE_FAILED

It’s straightforward as you can see, so I’m not giving much explanation here. You may see other values rarely, but those are likely mean some sort of error state so you could treat them as an exception for instance. Does this make sense to you?
