Details about using enterprise access

I need to search for Tweets (at least 30 days back) with the following 2 restrictions:

1. Option to search for $ cashtag
2. Possibility to get all the text of the tweets (even those over 140 characters)

In view of the above, I can not use standard access because you can not see the full text of tweets that are longer than 140 characters, and can not use premium access because you can not search with $ cashtag. (Correct me if I’m wrong).

I have been making several requests for enterprise access for a few days, but unfortunately I do not answer, nor do I know the prices of enterprise access.

Could you please explain how enterprise access is received and what are the costs for the service, such as searching the last 30 days?

Using the standard API, you can specify if you want extended tweets like this:
