"derived" attribute of Twitter User object

I am new to Twitter APIs and I am using python to write my code. I tried a few libraries (tweepy, twitter-python…), but I could not find any that retrieves the “derived” attribute specified here.
I am trying to get as much information as possible from the users and this could be useful for my work.
Is it because it was introduced recently? Is it not possible to actually get it from Twitter?

That’s part of the enterprise API. we will see what we can do to clarify which attributes are available under which package levels.

Just to be sure, you are not going to make this attribute available to anyone (without enterprise API) anytime?

I cant say whether it would be more widely available in the future, it is part of the profile geo enrichment that is available in the enterprise APIs.
