Deleted tweets

I wonder if gnip can show deleted tweets ? I’ve been told with service like gnip you can access to the deleted tweets , is that true ? if not true then where we can have access to deleted tweets ?

No, Gnip products do not provide deleted Tweets. It would be against Twitter TOS for any service/product to provide such Tweets. In fact, Gnip provides the Compliance API to help their customers keep up-to-date with Compliance Events (deleted Tweets, deleted Accounts, etc.).
