Deep-Linking does not work. Hyphen in url scheme should be valid

I would like to launch my iPhone App with Deep-Linking from Twitter Card. The url scheme of my app has hyphen. The Card Validator says it is invalid URL.

My app is already publicly launched so I would not like to change its url scheme. Does Twitter have any plan to support url scheme with hyphen?

I’m experiencing the same issue. Dashes in domain names are causing the “Request Approval” button to be disabled, but they certainly are valid.
