We requested access to use Twitters API, but our request has been declined. All we need to use it for, is to pull our most recent tweet through to our website. Is there anything that can be done about this, or anyway we can get our request accepted? We need it ASAP.

Unfortunately there is currently no way to reopen a declined case. Have you considered using an embedded timeline from publish.twitter.com instead?
