Data Widget ID not appearing

#1

I’ve embedded Twitter timelines in websites before, but haven’t been able today because the code generated doesn’t include the data widget ID. It’s really frustrating! Does anybody know how I can sort this, please?

This is an example of what I’m talking about:

        <a class="twitter-timeline" href="https://twitter.com/ShiremoorTreat" data-widget-id="THERE SHOULD BE A LONG NUMBER HERE, BUT IT'S EMPTY">Tweets by @ShiremoorTreat</a>
        <script>!function(d,s,id){var js,fjs=d.getElementsByTagName(s)[0],p=/^http:/.test(d.location)?'http':'https';if(!d.getElementById(id)){js=d.createElement(s);js.id=id;js.src=p+"://platform.twitter.com/widgets.js";fjs.parentNode.insertBefore(js,fjs);}}(document,"script","twitter-wjs");</script>

Really sorry about this. This is a bug on our side that we are fixing right now.

A temporary workaround is to find the widget id in the url when you edit your widget at https://twitter.com/settings/widgets. When you hit edit, the url should be https://twitter.com/settings/widgets//edit

It is fixed now. You should see data-widget-id in the code snippet.
