What policies, if any, does the Twitter Developer portal have in place to protect its users information internally? What would happen if, say, the company went private and a new owner wanted all of the available personal data for Twitter Developer accounts that are researching alt-right bot networks, or even the data from the accounts that appear to be investigating the Twitter habits of the new owner themselves?
