Customize the OAuth login page?

I’m developing a blogging system that will allow people to generate their own sites. Part of this system is allowing people to login via Twitter and other services for commenting, user access, etc.

Is there any way to customize the Twitter OAuth login page per-site, without making each site owner obtain their own API keys - or am I stuck with static content that I enter under my “application settings”?

You can’t customize this page, I’m afraid. Part of assuring users of the authenticity of the page is that it’s fully owned by Twitter, has a standard look, and looks the same each time they use it.
