is it possible to have a dynamic or custom hashtag timeline widget? Instead of using Twitter Dashboard?

I’m not sure if this answers your question but you can create a widget embed based off of a hashtag here: https://twitter.com/settings/widgets/new/search?query=%23dogs.

Thank you for the response, but this way you can not change the hashtag dynamically. I am looking for a way to change the hashtag inside HTML page not via twitter dashboard
